Best supply house in ashvill!!
I visited this location from out of state needing a major replacement part and they treated me as if I was an everyday customer and made sure I left with what I needed.
Been in the industry 15yrs, dealt with Carrier on and off the whole time. I've done this all over the southeast. This is the absolute worst CE I've experienced. Wrong parts, not calling when parts arrive, not finishing tickets and parts never getting ordered. Not to mention if you have to call. They have 0 urgency and will leave you on hold forever.
They have one speed and that’s slow like a sloth. Stood in there for 30min just to get a filter back grill. To be told they don’t have it in stock.
Matthew was outstanding. He went above and beyond to help me take care of my customer. The goal of my company is excellent service. It's people like Matthew that make that possible.
