Melanie at the Carrier branch has been outstanding. Her communication is always sharp, she’s quick to help, and she actually follows through — rare these days. She’s been so consistently good that I go out of my way to use this branch just to deal with her instead of other supply houses. She makes my jobs easier, and that’s worth a lot.
