I love carrier brand and carrier units but with this carrier store, I have a problem, from having to sign in on a iPad just to be helped, to me getting the wrong parts after giving them the model number of the part, not happy. Now I have to spend more time out of my day to go track down a part. Lost money on this job. Melanie at the Carrier branch has been outstanding. Her communication is always sharp, she’s quick to help, and she actually follows through — rare these days. She’s been so consistently good that I go out of my way to use this branch just to deal with her instead of other supply houses. She makes my jobs easier, and that’s worth a lot. Highly recommend working with her.
