Spent 40 minutes on hold yesterday 20 minutes on hold today never had anyone answer the phone. Arrived at the location and found that there wasn’t any customers in the store, but they still weren’t answering their phone. I only do business with Carrier enterprise when I have to Things like this are why! Roxbourogh never answered the phone either
