Not exactly sure who I spoke to on the phone, they were simply dubbed "The Manager," but he was probably one of the rudest human beings I've ever tried having a conversation with. When someone calls and is politely asking for help, your first reaction should not be to shut them down by talking over them. I have a question about a part that the image of the replacement does not look the same as the existing i called in and the were not willing to look into that they said if I'm not sure that is the right part i should relace the unit ...
