The worst customer service you can ever get! We've been a loyal customer to CE for years, I was calling today to the store to get some help with filing a claim for the warranty, but instead of getting help from the person who picked up the phone, ( he said his name was John Brown) I got a terrible and rude customer service, if you even call that a customer service. I only needed a claim warranty form and the email where I can send this form to, and this person told me pretty much to figure it out. He said he cant send me the... read more
