Purchased Carrier brand Bryant HVAC system installed tech on 4/5/2025. I own a HVAC company, and we recently conducted a service call for a customer and discovered that their HVAC system had a faulty condenser coil. The coil, manufactured by Carrier, was still under warranty, despite not being a brand we typically install. Upon reaching out to Carrier's warranty department, we learned that we needed to open an account to avoid paying the more than $5,000 cost upfront.
