Spoke with Barry needed to get a new transformer for my carrier unit. They said they have one in stock but can't sell to me because I'm a homeowner and not a contractor. I guess I will order one off of Amazon. Maybe I will have heat in 3 days when it comes in. Thanks guys you really came through.
Never have I dealt with such unprofessional commercial salesman in my life. I won't be dealing with this company again.
