Counter people have zero sense of customer service. Arrogant and just take there time. I go to several vendors a week. This is the worst.
So rude ppl refused to see the picture of the part I needed. Edit 1: I came here to give 1 star but this still here lol 2 hours on lane, so rude and lazy ppl “working” on this place. Edit 2: Every time we come to this place we have problem picking up the equipment too lazy ppl, 1h to pick up equipment with no one on lane is insane. Also I spent 50k+ at this place this month, Idk what u guys do with ppl who comes here for 1st time… worst supplier on soflo.
