I would like to thank Carrier residential Tech support team especially Neal who took the time to explain how to troubleshoot an issue I was having with an inverter system. I have dealt with a few support people in the past not necessarily Carrier, that have made techs feel stupid for asking for help and this can be a little intimidating especially if you're new to the trade although I've been doing this for while I'm thankful when people take the time to teach me something new.
Jasmine, the manager was such a big help. Very knowledgeable and understanding!
They have more part's in stock than West Park location. Wish they both would operate the same.
This place is horrible in setting up. Contractors are very busy and they have you place the order in the front cashier and drive your truck around to the back just to pick the pvc fittings and a condensate pump while they already in the front shelf! Every time I have to spend at lest 30 minutes just to get the simple parts here!
