Really poor customer service, quotations always feel rushed and lack full pricing. They frequently tack on extra fees that they don't disclose at the time of quoting. Quoting team members frequently cut me off mid sentence to give an assumed answer and do not listen well. I always prefer using Carrier BR or Mandeville over Harahan. Bill at this location tends to be helpful, almost every other store member that I deal with seems impatient
Very polite and eager to help.
Being a technician in the feild for 12 years and dealing with this company is my worst nightmare. The guys at the counter are next to impossible to talk to and when you can get them on the line to ask a question your on hold for up to 5 minutes or some guy is there to scoff at you when you get him to check a model or serial number.... I don't have any issues with carrier equipment I have issues with the guys carrier hires to answer the phones.... Not good customer support... and God forbid you need tech support... you better... read more
