Extra poor! Im on the account and they tells me they only serve two names not on the account. They let other people used the account that not on the account. Im at the store and have to call the store to get service. The guy in the back answer the phone when he herd what was going on. What's going on what yall people?

Horrible customer service. The men give you the run around. They are very dry and sarcastic. When checking on a order you get excuse s. " Its just 2 men working here and we get hundreds of phone a today, so....." Darryl and Mike promised to call back after getting info from the factory, never did. Order an part it's been 3 weeks .....no part.....no info! AC is broken and my family is dying. 120 degrees heat index! And no one seems to care. I guess because their family are cool with AC, no one else matter THE WORST!!!

Really poor customer service, quotations always feel rushed and lack full pricing. They frequently tack on extra fees that they don't disclose at the time of quoting. Quoting team members frequently cut me off mid sentence to give an assumed answer and do not listen well. I always prefer using Carrier BR or Mandeville over Harahan. Bill at this location tends to be helpful, almost every other store member that I deal with seems impatient
