Michael was neither friendly nor helpful. He seems to enjoy wasting the customer's time.
One of the worst manufacturers I’ve dealt with in the HVAC industry. Equipment issues happen with every brand, but the difference is how they’re handled. Poor warranty support, long delays, lack of communication, and little sense of urgency when customers need help. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this brand to homeowners, contractors, or property managers looking for reliable equipment and support.
