Had to go by today to pick up some parts. This is my first time at this location. Ruth did an amazing job was prompt and was able to look at my account and get my order ready and out the door way better than the Woodlands location even though the Woodlands location is closer to me. I will start making trips to this location.
This is my first time visiting the post Oak location of Carrier. I want to say that Ruth did an amazing job taking care of me promptly looking up the accounts and finding my parts. It was a great experience way better than the Woodlands location.
Shelby is good at what she does I’m always in and out with my order
I was putting a quote together and called up there at 3:10pm to get some pricing and whatnot for a heat exchanger on an RTU. I sat on hold until they closed and just disconnected the call. Go to a different location where people don’t just ignore you until they can clock out and run home to film TikTok dances or because they’re in a hurry to get their new labubu they ordered from Amazon or whatever counter sales guys do.
Ruth was great,she was able to find us a heat kit I was having a hard time finding w other distributors for an air handler ,I appreciate the help
