I’ve been doing HVAC work for 11 years and this is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a supply house. Spent 20 minutes walking around the show room just needing to buy 1 tool, there are almost zero employees in the warehouse, the 1 young female employee that was on site was zero help. Drove 5 minutes to Johnson Supply and they had me checked out within two minutes. Y’all need way more than 1 young parts girl with very poor customer service skills
Beyond excellent service by Riley. I was helped over the phone and made the process so easy to understand. Then came to the shop and the service was even better. Plus she hooked up with some snow cones.
Riley and Nanny were so helpful. I got everything I needed. They did my warranty 100% amazing would come back again. Store in South Texas
