Nice phone system, but don't expect a call back. Called offices in VB, Norfolk, Chesapeake and Portsmouth, not a one of them could be bothered with a call back, a week of calling. Tried to escalate at the call center but they don't do that.
Can never seem to get the call center or any local branches to answer the phone…..
Talk about someone totally feeling like they just got screwed out of $20,000. My Lennox HVAC warranty was expiring in Dec 2024. I was under a maintenance plan with R S Andrews and when they came to do the summer check on the system (15 March), they noted what they referred to as a lot of rust around my coil unit.
