By far these best Carrier in the area. The team (Adrian, Leo, and Adrian) is very responsive, knowledgeable, and stock seems to always be accurate. My first stop when I have to go to Carrier.

Daniel over at Carrier Denton was great - extremely professional and courteous, took the time to walk me through the process on processing warranties through service bench. He answered every question I had and made my warranty work much easier . Thanks Daniel!
I usually dread going to carrier to purchase items needed for my customers. Typically the customer service is dry and slow. However, this is not the case for the Denton location. The team at this location was attentive and extremely helpful. I’ve been to this store on multiple occasions and have never had an issue unlike some of the other locations. I appreciate the help and will shop at this location whenever possible.
