They hardly ever answer the phone and they close at 4:00 now. They have been going down hill at this location for a while it seems.
Called in to request a part and see if they had it available as my family has been without air for 13 days. The guy helped me all the way up to the part his manager told him to let me go because I’m a homeowner and not a contractor. When I asked if he was really not going to help me and my family out he said his manger said no.
