Takes a minimum 30mins to get someone one the phone and had to pay for a motor that was purchased 2 years before I even started the business by a name I’ve never heard without any authorization and never said anything about it before glad the manager is finally gone she had nothing but attitude very condescending demeanor as well. Was thinking about becoming a carrier authorized whatever it is but with this level of not caring had to reconsider glad I did
