Total jerks running this store. Bad attitude and tried to tell me what I need to do concerning my job!! First and last time that I will spend money at this location.
Waited on hold during business hours for over 30 minutes and never got an answer, finally gave up. I guess they have better things to do than assist customers.
Carrier Enterprise, Carrier, and ICP will leave your customers cold in the winter and tarnish your business reputation. I have waited 2 weeks on flue box covers from a neighboring state, in Chattanooga, that shows multiple in stocks. 10 phone calls, 2 weeks, paying up front for the parts, and I am still without my parts. I could have walked to Chattanooga and back during the time I’ve waited for these parts. Stay away from this distributor, look elsewhere.
The best customer service, always very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff, my experience with James and Garrett has always been pleasant, they are amazing staff.
