Extremely disappointed with Carrier. We have been without heat since early November due to a part that Carrier has yet to manufacture or supply. Weeks have turned into months, and we have now gone through major holidays and sustained freezing temperatures without a working heater. At one point, outdoor temperatures dropped to around 23°, which is unacceptable for any household to endure without heat. Store is amazing, it has everything you need. The guy working the front desk is kinda a donkey but other than that very useful tools.
Professional, knowledgeable, upfront and straightforward. Great bunch of guys
Always on hold for 30 - 90 minutes to reach a representative. This is totally ridiculous.
