They're very nice and always do very good job.
5 stars is honestly not enough!!! Dusty and Vonne (forgive us if we butchered the name) are beyond amazing! They answer and assist with anything and everything we need! From all of the Carrier stores Dusty's store is literally our favorite one to call! Thank y'all so much for all you do!

Dusty is great!!!! Today I was calling my normal branch to check on an order that had still not been delivered 10 days after ordering. They told me that Carrollton (the main hub) had not shipped my order and that I would need to contact them to find out why. Normally when your regular branch doesn't receive an order, they reach out to Carrolton to find it. I was told directly they could not do that anymore.
