i love CE,runing good
I work for a HVAC company in Southport and wanted to make it known that this is the best customer service we have received. Matt has gone over the top and continues to always try his best to provide the best service for us. Even when things are out of his hands he continues to be positive and to provide a solution. We have not had the best of luck with deliveries from Raleigh lately and he chose to personally drive a unit to us today to ensure it was received in a timely manner!
