Thomas in Cheasapeake is so helpful. He got me out of a jam today. :) Will definitely sell mor Carrier equipment because of his customer service.
This place has gone down the crapper. Waited over a month for a warranty motor called to check on it was told the order was canceled. Offered to overnight motor due to mistake. Sent the wrong motor. Told theyd overnight the right one now here we are again no motor. Customer will now pay for a universal motor we could have replaced on original visit due to Carriers incompetence......what an absolute joke.
