We love the counter reps, they always get you what you need quickly.
Great folks, very knowledgeable.
There warranty is awful for a commercial unit. For the amount you pay you expect it to run better. Last year to two years our company ended up putting about 12 carrier units in and this year alone we had to replace either the coil or TXV values and most were not covered under warranty. I would reconsider this brand and go with the one that has a better warranty.
