Great folks, very knowledgeable.
There warranty is awful for a commercial unit. For the amount you pay you expect it to run better. Last year to two years our company ended up putting about 12 carrier units in and this year alone we had to replace either the coil or TXV values and most were not covered under warranty. I would reconsider this brand and go with the one that has a better warranty.
1st of all Kingsport Heating and Air has a fantastic and hard working office staff and they have fantastic technicians in the field! however the Carrier line of products have gone down hill! I purchased a Carrier infinity unit for a new house we built 20 months ago, we have had 17 service calls in 18 months finding a problem each and every time with the unit!
