The employees currently working the counter at Carrier West Palm Beach have generally been courteous and reasonably helpful when dealing with them face-to-face. Unfortunately, the overall customer service experience has declined significantly over the last several years. Horrible guys in the front are good Guys in the back suck so bad there so lazy especially the big guy always on his phone the should be no reason it takes 40 mins to get my equipment if no one’s in front of me
