When did they change their hours to 4:00pm to close at? This week we are under an extreme heat warning and they close at 4:00 what service technicians do you know only work till 4:00 in the in the summertime. When I arrived at the store at 4:15 and saw it was closed there was not even a sign with the store hours posted. They used to be open till 4:30

I was doing a call for another company, didn't have the customers name called carrier largo Brian answered gave him the serial number to see if it is under warranty he asked me the customer name I told him I don't have have it he told me rudly it wasn't under warranty I told Brian don't get lippy with me i had i few choice swear words that i called him the company I was doing the call for will called the part and when I walked in to pick it up he was rude again .
