Your Clermont, FL location provided maybe the worst customer service I have ever received from any business before. I went in to return a couple items that my HVAC company had me purchase for them to install. I had my children with me and the only person in the store was very short and rude and told me that they don't even help home owners, just businesses. He was upset with me that I was there to return some unused items. Then the manager finally arrived at the store and not knowing what was going on at all decided to call ... read more
