I'm a local HVAC contractor and CE has phenomenal customer service! The lady at the counter, Jillian is so helpful and always goes above and beyond when I'm looking for hard to find parts. They are also one of the easiest dealers to work with on warranties.

I am extremely frustrated with this company. Here we sit… in mid July with record breaking heat… 2 weeks from the day our AC unit stopped working……wrong control panel after wrong control panel being sent… with 3-5 business days in between each mess up! The installers have come after hours multiple times to try to work on my AC. Head scratch. Call the manager. Hours later… well… it appears Carrier has, yet again sent us the WRONG control panel, even though the numbers were given to them correctly….. who is running the ship ov... read more
