The branch manager Jaime is rude and very defensive about mistakes he makes. Our company will not use this branch as long as he is there.
I called the number provided on Carrier’s website to locate a service facility. I inform the person who answered that I had a bus with a Carrier system and that freon needed to be added. The person had no clue of who services Their products. When I asked for certified Carrier vendors I was told that he couldn’t give me that information. Why make products if consumers can’t get answers about your product?
