Very rude staff, i called their office April 25th to check on my refund and was advised its ready for pickup or can mail it out, so i requested to just mail it out. 2 weeks passed but no cheque received. Called them May 10th and spoke with the person who she said she's the one who issued the cheque and telling me that i have to wait up until early next week and if i dont get by end of tuesday, then she will issue me another check wednesday, tried to explain to her that i have to pay my card by tuesday but doesnt want to hear... read more

We have had two children here for a number of years now for different orthodontics needs. The staff have always been friendly and very informative. Dr. Milos Lekic has been so wonderful to the kids and has provided nothing but great advice and service. I cant recommend this clinic enough.
Good luck trying to get ahold of someone. I left several messages and no one ever calls back. My billing was done incorrectly. Appointments were never on time, so you will be waiting double or triple what you should. I was just really blown away at how unprofessional it was trying to contact them over the phone.
My child had dental surgery Dec 5th and came out with a brusie on his right shoulder as if he was held down with force the brusie is shaped like a finger print near his collar bone I have 2 other children whom will be going in next an I will be getting photos before and after as this is not ok for children to go through I bin calling with no answer yet to get names of who was with him during this time I'm completely disappointed with his care he received
