I spent over $700.00 with this company, I had to request a tracking number (which I never received), only an email stating that "it will be delivered today". Then when I received the printer it was not the one ordered, I ordered a printer with 3 output trays but I received a printer with one, then was later informed that the trays are sold separately, which is not listed on the website.
