History Established in 2008. Colorado Dispensary Services began as Boulder County Caregivers in 2008 when spouses, Mike Leigh and Jill Lamoureux, wanted a way to get Mike's excess medicine to other patients. What started as a delivery service soon moved into a small, discrete office in Boulder. Meeting patients in parking lots just didn't feel legal or compasionate and the drive down Coal Creek Canyon was tortuous on Mike's spine.
