Well, I would say they are under bad management in Chicago Branch. Went into location to buy 24 dozen space savers pads. They said they had 25 dozen in stock. Mind you this is roughly $5000 plus in pads. They had none out to sample so we asked to see as a weird 72x72 size. They said they could not open a bundle for us to see them before purchase. I guess so many people are outfitting Trailers right now they don't need the sale so we walked!! And they let us!
People here are great, very helpful! Prices are very good too.
