One cabinet not level which made countertop not level. Measurements of cabinet was not correct which they tried to blame me. Delivery driver drove over my yard which clearly market off with orange tape. Drove over septic tank. Lowes do better i know there are other logistics companies.
Their delivery drivers and handlers are great!!! I have No complaints there! The Office however, I give a Zero to 1 🌟 because their communication SUCKS!!!! Our cabnets were postponed THREE (3) times! The first day, I had a doctor's appointment and I had my sister on stand by in case I needed her to go let them in. I hadn't heard from them yet by the time I got out of my appointment so I went had lunch, still nothing. I went to Lowe's they checked for me. Why would your agents keep disconnecting calls until 5pm when you close!? HORRIBLE
Have used this company twice (ordered kitchen cabinets through Lowes). Terrible experience both times. First experience: Got a confirmation call on the 17th and 18th saying that cabinets would be delivered from 9:30am to 1:30pm on Friday 19th (they told me they only deliver in my area on Fridays). I took off of work on the 19th. At about 5:15pm on the 18th I got a call from the driver saying that they were in the area today (18th) and needed to deliver the cabinets today (18th) because they wouldn't be in the area tomorrow (... read more
