They have overnight parking, appointment was 6am, someone knocked door 4 am and gave me dock within 40 minutes offloaded
One cabinet not level which made countertop not level. Measurements of cabinet was not correct which they tried to blame me. Delivery driver drove over my yard which clearly market off with orange tape. Drove over septic tank. Lowes do better i know there are other logistics companies.
Their delivery drivers and handlers are great!!! I have No complaints there! The Office however, I give a Zero to 1 🌟 because their communication SUCKS!!!! Our cabnets were postponed THREE (3) times! The first day, I had a doctor's appointment and I had my sister on stand by in case I needed her to go let them in. I hadn't heard from them yet by the time I got out of my appointment so I went had lunch, still nothing. I went to Lowe's they checked for me.
