I had a large cabinet delivery. Their customer service does pick up quite quickly and overall, I'd give their customer service line a 5/5. The order numbers are organized and the check sheets upon delivery are clean as well. Their delivery drivers don't really acknowledge you - they're either listening to music or on personal phone calls. I received a text message saying my order would be complete on a Tuesday - they forgot to load one of the cabinets on the truck and told me it would be Wednesday. If there was a zero star, they would have gotten it! This review is of the office located in Pensacola, FL. DO NOT DEPEND ON THEM TO DELIVER WHEN THEY SAY!!! Do depend on them to NOT answer their phone when they see your number and know they have misinformed you of the delivery date and time.
