Had Engineer Matt Harvey with us to repair Zappi EV Charger. Top fella. Called day before to confirm appointment details. Arrived on time. Spent time to assist rebooting the Eddi system and explain it all thoroughly. Nothing too much trouble. Will happily recommend and use again. Many thanks.
From start to finish we cannot fault CDS. From the efficiency of Amy and the team in the office, Graham keeping a very perfectionist and knowledgeable eye on everything and Charlie, Harry & Alfie all electricians who were also very efficient and courteous. From day one, Rob came around with no hard sell and told him what I wanted: storage heaters. He listened, said QM150RF for the lounge, it gives out more heat than you have at the moment, and the thermostat will keep it at that temperature, as you only have the front of the building is exposed to the outside. Plus if it could be a sup, temperature, you have an electric fire, but I do not think you will need it. For the bedroom side, a smaller one, a QM050RF. I have used CDS Electrical on three occasions, having had air con installed and serviced… I can’t fault anything about the company, the engineering staff are all very professional, friendly, respect your property, and are really clean and tidy. The office staff can’t do enough to help you, from the initial quote to installation you are kept updated with what will happen, and when.
