I had a terrible experience with this company. I tried calling, and before I could even finish explaining my issue, the lady from the office hung up on me. I called back, only to be sent straight to voicemail. It’s incredibly rude and unprofessional for a company to boast about their customer service when they can’t even handle a simple phone call. I’m very disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere.

We recently moved into an Independent Living CCRC. CDS Contractors did a major renovation to our apartment. The team was led by Marco and his assistant Veronica. Everything turned out beautiful. New floor tile in the kitchen and baths, laminate flooring in the other living areas, bath conversions to showers, and new granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. I reached out to CDS after seeing them on the BBB site; I needed a roof and they had great reviews. Worked with George and got a quote and selected them as my vendor. George was supposed to stop by to answer final questions and meet us (as everything had been done via phone and email), but cancelled at the last minute. The following day I got a text saying they couldn’t do my roof. I pushed back, as I’d turned down other vendors once we confirmed with CDS, and got a vague answer.
