Avoid starting service with this provider. After 20 years of infusions this is the first company that I’ve had a bad experience with. My nurse often did show up for days, the agency did not provide another nurse to fill in, they continually talked to me about how my case "wasn't all that profitable" for them, and then they drop my case without any transition plan, leaving a gap in my treatment plan and putting my health at risk. They demonstated no concern for my health as a patient.
Amazing service. After using a horrible Home Infusion service in Delray, my expectations were low. But CDRx shows me how a business should be run. Excellent customer service, that goes beyond all expectations. They answer the phone right away and deliver everything needed promptly. And a wonderful pharmacist is available to solve any problems. A++
