I recently had an insurance claim for a traumatic incident at my home. Someone broke the patio door glass and entered my home while we were sleeping. This was discovered only when we got up and found shattered glass everywhere. The thief stole my road bike from the front hall and performed some disgusting behaviour in the back office.
