Here is an improved version of the Google review: "Poor customer service experience at this UPS access point located inside CVS. I arrived to drop off a package, and despite no other customers present, the manager and staff were unhelpful and rude. One employee even had trouble locating the manager for assistance. Another staff member insisted on finishing a task before scanning my package, causing unnecessary delays.
