Worst thing CDPHP ever did was get rid of Landmark. You cant have that service for older members for a few years then just drop them like a bad habit when people rely on them. Absolutely the worst thing they ever did. No wonder they are only getting 2.9 stars. They used to be spectacular insurance company. Veryyyyyyy sad!!!!!

I have been with CDHP for about 30 years. I owned my own business for decades and carried the CDHP platinum plan for myself and my employees. I retired 2 years ago and chose CDPH for my Medicare supplemental insurance. They have covered me for all of my medical needs. Anytime I have had the need to speak with a representative I have received a professional and caring response.

They're just fine with disabled people who use their insurance to be in pain and what ever happens to them they could care less, when you reach out for help, CDPHP sends you an email with the date for open enrollment, to look for a new insurancecompany! That's the kind of treatment you get from cdphp. "They wouldn't care if you just give up" because of the pain, that's not being addressed by so-called Doctors. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemies. Try anyone else even Welcare. CDPHP doesn't care about you.
