Their website doesn't work if you're a member and need to login to view anything regarding your insurance. The "contact us" button doesn't even work. Everything glitches and keeps refreshing. It's super frustrating.
I spoke with someone in behavioral health named Stevie she was SO helpful I was on the phone with her for max 6mins and had an entire list of providers. Great work !
Worst thing CDPHP ever did was get rid of Landmark. You cant have that service for older members for a few years then just drop them like a bad habit when people rely on them. Absolutely the worst thing they ever did. No wonder they are only getting 2.9 stars. They used to be spectacular insurance company. Veryyyyyyy sad!!!!!
I have been with CDHP for about 30 years. I owned my own business for decades and carried the CDHP platinum plan for myself and my employees. I retired 2 years ago and chose CDPH for my Medicare supplemental insurance. They have covered me for all of my medical needs. Anytime I have had the need to speak with a representative I have received a professional and caring response.
