Very professional work and communication. Nathan and his team saved my butt a few times when a different shop gave me the runaround. Well worth the 2 hour drive for me.
I can't thank CDP enough! Nathan is extremely knowledgeable and had no problem explaining and keeping me updated throughout the process! I knew the truck needed a turbo but was unaware of any other issues as a shop that is more local to me, said everything was alright... Nathan got me booked in very quickly to replace the turbo, after their thorough inspection they noticed that there were indeed lines and seals that needed replaced, transmission mount and suspension components needed to be addressed as the truck had been sit... read more
While the team is no doubt knowledgeable we ran into some complications with the project and found on discussing the situation and the best way to move forward found they seemed to be all about themselves. Definitely don't feel it was good business ethics at all. We had quite a lot of work done and left feeling less than satisfied.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. After having truck issues for more than 5 weeks at another shop. I found Cdp online made the call and couldn’t believe how professional Nathan is. From the initial phone call to getting my truck to the shop it was Repaired in a couple days. His cost was more than fair. So much that I purchased winter tires and Rims for my wife’s SUV.
