Decided to talk bad about a tenant that was dealing with a leak in a condo building in the Mimico area. Calling a tenant a baby because there was s a leak in the unit is very unprofessional

This company literally saved us. They are very professional, knowledgeable and they are very reasonable. Hard to find good solid businesses out there, but here is definitely a good one. I recommend using them if you ever have the unfortunate misfortune of restoration 🥺 this crew will help for sure 💪

Had CDN recommended to me by my insurance provider after a small flood claim. It's been a year and the work is still not done. No follow up from CDN from texts and phone calls. Super disappointing, I really wanted to post a positive review but I could not in good conscience recommend CDN to anyone after my experience. I understand the pandemic increased demand for these kinds of services, but 1 year to fix some flooring, drywall and a damaged front porch is just not okay.
