We replaced our water heater and Zachary was excellent at explaining the process. The work was completed with care and attention to detail and in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend CDN Mechanical!
They were the electrical subcontractor for a house extension that was recently completed. Besides the house wiring they also upgraded to 200A panel, installed 220V outlets for EV and put in a few Ethernet ports. Their work looks to be organized & tidy and everyone on their team was very pleasant.

I was having some issues with humidity in my home. I reached out to CDN Mechanical and spoke with Nicole who was super friendly and helpful who put me in touch with Jake. Jake came by to check on my air conditioner unit. He was very nice, extremely knowledgeable, he really knows it stuff! I would highly recommend both Jake and CDN Mechanical.
We had Jake from Canadian Mechanical come to our home today to inspect our Air Conditioner. So impressed! Jake explained everything he did when completed in great detail. Then I received an email and it is all in writing for my records, because at my age of 64 who can remember everything. So great to have for future reference. They are New owners and are A1.
