From the warm welcome by Svitlana at reception to the excellent care provided by Tara, Tatiana, and Shah, everyone treated me with kindness, patience, and professionalism. They made what could have been a stressful visit feel comfortable and easy. I truly appreciate the care and attention I received and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing diagnostic imaging. Thank you all for your outstanding work!
They do not accept appointments for X-Rays, but you must be lucky to be attended. I arrived there at 3pm but they didn't accept me asking to return the next day in the morning. I arrived there in the next day at 7.20am and the tech showed up to work at 8.15am. They are not considerate with patients, especially because I had to pay $10.00 for parking, waiting their staff come to work.
