The service was good. Friendly staff. However the drop off & pick up service was not explained when booking that it wasn't guaranteed
Andrew looked after me and explained the service and the findings to me. He was friendly, patient, knowledgelable, listened and was helpful in getting the answers to questions he didn't have. The car ran better after the check-up/service. 5 star customer service at it's finest.
Excellent servicing facility, even for customers that work for the company. Professional and well kept place. Cheers
