I would not recommend working here. Health insurance has a $7,500.00 deductible for family plan. Yes they pay the premium but at what gain! Also they have the worst 401k match I've ever seen at 1% of what the employee puts in.
Great place to work. They care about the employees, the community and the customer.
CDM is a great place to work! It's a small business, so I'm constantly challenged with a wide variety of responsibilities in the HR Department, and I have the opportunity to have a direct impact on our collective success. It makes coming to work exciting. Plus the benefits are fantastic!
