I would not rent with them!!! They refused to repair a couple things for 2+ years. One repair being a giant hole in the ceiling, it did not matter how many maintenance requests were made, it never got repaired. Overall a horrible first time renting experience with them!!!!
We've worked with CDM for 7+ years now and they've been nothing short of outstanding at what they've done for us! With that, it makes me feel that this company is great to with work and they take care of you. If I could give a 10* I would, but I wanted to let everyone know that if you're looking for a company that takes care of people that respect them and take care of their properties, they are by far one of the best in my opinion!
