CDM (Lory) helped me with two minor collision repairs in 2024 and 2025 for my 2018 BMW 4 series. Lory is the best. She is very responsive, easy to schedule appointments with, and keeps you updated along the way. I paid out of pocket and Lory wrote fair and reasonable estimates for both repairs. The body work is tip-top. Excellent work, from a fair and honest company, and with great customer service and communication. What else could you ask for? That's why CDM keeps getting all these 5 star reviews!
CDM took excellent care of my Mercedes. They were incredibly easy to work with and made it very easy to communicate with them whether through text of phone calls. Their great communication and status updates were very reassuring through the entire process. My car has a very difficult paint color to match, and I must say it looks as good as new after CDM finished the repairs. A+ 10/10 100% recommended! Everyone at CDM was extremely helpful and willing to work with my schedule. They also dealt directly with the insurance company covering my claim, so they made my life a bit easier. The repair was good, and my car is fully functional and looking good again!
Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Got back to me very quickly and had the car fixed in under two weeks! They were also great at communicating with insurance to handle payment and estimates.
