The caregivers are kind and reliable.
Poor management
They've always treated us with respect and no nonsense, and at times have had more availability than other agencies. It can always be a challenge to find a caregiver, especially for a child client. Sadly, if you are very sensitive to fragrances, this agency is not alone in simply not understanding the need to train the newer caregivers on the importance of a fragrance free work force.
I am a Caregiver, and my clients go to CDM center regularly. They always come back home being happy and full of energy. They mentioned good food, great educative activities, and exercising. My clients expressed that very nice people are working at the CDM.
I love the care that CDM does for my mother they go above and beyond for their clients! I would definitely recommend them for care services. They are amazing. Thank you for your care and dedication.
