I was having problems with my 2014 Trail Hawk for a while. I had my husband drive it several times, but he always told me he didn't find anything wrong. I soon was afraid to drive it, with it dying on me at traffic lights and stop signs. I would have to rev it up, but that didn't work. I died anyway. 2015 Ram 1500 5.7L. Called and made appointment (Friday 30 Jan 2026 at 10 AM) to bring my truck in for repair. I was told it would probably be Monday before they could get to it. I explained what the issues were- ABS Brake Light were illuminated on dash and got a code of 463 whenever gas gauge got below 3/4 full. I explained that the ABS/Brake light shows no codes and I reset the 463 code by disconnecting battery for a few minutes. From sales, service, and finance, this dealership has been an absolute nightmare. We bought a vehicle, easy process, but a month and a half later, the transmission went out. Thank goodness we had an extended warranty, but getting it was like jumping through hoops. The initial salesman seemed as though he couldn't care less when we notified him that the vehicle was inoperable. We were then unable to get a hold of anyone to get a copy of our warranty contract-it was never mailed. We finally were able to get it emailed with Bre... read more

I recently bought a 2019 Ram 1500, The staff is good at sales, but no followup! The dealership put new tires on the Ram "wrong size” causing a -10% error on the speed indicated. Truck was supposed to have 275x55x20, I got 35x12.5x18, I told my salesman, and he said he would check into it, never happened. The salesman was going to check on another FOB (only had one ratty one), never happened, they overcharged me $240, that I was supposed to reimbursed, never happened! Bought a brand-new wrangler from this dealer. The car started having trouble, especially an electronic ticking noise from day 2 of ownership. The car was in the shop for 90+ consecutive days. The "Customer Retention Team" from Stellantis refused to check their voicemails, emails, or directly answer calls. I wouldn't normally review but this has been miserable. Staff is constantly changing, repairs take forever and no communication. I had to call back 3 times in a month to get a status update and the final time they tried to charge me more than quoted. Not by a little but almost 1.5x without my authorization.
