Going interstate my ac quit a few miles later check engine light came on. Next day I went to O'Reilly's to get CE light checked couldn't check went straight to dealership in Albertville they did diagnostic gave me a quote for $3461 to order and fix ac control module and active grill shutter. I'm not rich I bought a new module on Amazon for $328 received it a few days installed ac working great so I go and check fuses for the AGS and when they did the diagnostics they pulled fuse (blown) and no one else had been under my hood... read more
Probably the best buyer experience I have had.
I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT PUT YOUR FAITH OR TRUST IN CDJR of Albertville!!!! We have not even owned this vehicle a year (2021 Ram 2500), we haven’t even put 35,000 miles on it, we were mislead about extended warranties, they had ZERO remorse and did not even cared that they sold us a lemon. The sad part is if Morgan and McKain would have spent as much time with Jason and I going over this falsely advertised “bumper to bumper warranty” as they did locked in the upstairs office, this wouldnt be an issue. Had a few issues with my ram. Had taken it to two other dealers who wanted to replace the entire transmission which would not have addressed the problem. incidentally. Cdjr diagnosed quickly fixed quickly. Got me in and out. No complaints. Definitely will go back. Be very careful of these shops up and down 431 because they don't know what they're doing sometimes. They are quick to assume it's one thing and will charge you to a $3,000 even if they're unsure and even if it doesn't fix the problem you're out of the money
CDJR of Albertville is a fantastic dealership. From start to finish, the whole process was easy and comfortable. Tim came out, shook or hands, handed us keys and said check it out and enjoy. He was the best! So good in fact, we turned around and bought a second vehicle from him that very same day. The owners were super nice as well, walking around and talking with folks.
