Go see Tim!! He’s kind and funny and helped my boyfriend get the type of truck he’s been eyeing.
Going interstate my ac quit a few miles later check engine light came on. Next day I went to O'Reilly's to get CE light checked couldn't check went straight to dealership in Albertville they did diagnostic gave me a quote for $3461 to order and fix ac control module and active grill shutter. I'm not rich I bought a new module on Amazon for $328 received it a few days installed ac working great so I go and check fuses for the AGS and when they did the diagnostics they pulled fuse (blown) and no one else had been under my hood... read more

I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT PUT YOUR FAITH OR TRUST IN CDJR of Albertville!!!! We have not even owned this vehicle a year (2021 Ram 2500), we haven’t even put 35,000 miles on it, we were mislead about extended warranties, they had ZERO remorse and did not even cared that they sold us a lemon. The sad part is if Morgan and McKain would have spent as much time with Jason and I going over this falsely advertised “bumper to bumper warranty” as they did locked in the upstairs office, this wouldnt be an issue.
