Folks at CDI are wonderful. Starting with Julie as sales / main contact; Jason General Manager - gave us a tour - impressive operations ; office staff; Ron and all the guys in the shop truly care about their product. I decided to engage CDI to do a custom paint job on my 5th wheel RV. Initially the sales person, Julie, emailed me regularly throughout the design process so that we could come up with our desired design. After the job was finished and I picked up my RV, I discovered some issues with the wiring for my awning lights (CDI had removed and replaced the awning as part of the painting process). I can’t say enough about the time and attention they take to go through the motorhome and explain their process, I was at Forest City facility and agreed to take my coach to their facility in Charles City and experienced the same level commitment to customer service there they took time to again go over my coach and discuss things.
