CDI did a great job developing our small lake in our little pond, Anyone can do a job, but these guys were very professional, courteous, and wanted to make sure the job was done correctly. Highly recommend these guys.
This is one of the best companies I’ve ever worked with!! They (Sten, JR and Tim) cleared, cleaned and developed 8 Acres for my home build site. They cut in road and did my house pad also. Awesome work from an awesome company. Would recommend them to anyone who wants to clear land for new construction etc…
I would like to start by saying CDI team is very professional and takes care of their customers, the quality of work and detail that they put in on clearing my property went beyond my expectations. I wish I could give CDI Land Development 10 stars. Sten Murphy is definitely a man of his word, professional and very knowledgeable about land management. When he first walked our 10 acres with us, he explained how he would clear all but 20' around the boarder for privacy. The property was covered in pine trees, under brush and vines.
